Question Regulator LP and HP Port Plugs

Hi,

Does anyone know the correct terminology for the small screw in plugs used to seal the low pressure and high pressure ports on the 1st stage on a set of regs?

Also do you know anywhere that sells them at a reasonable price.

Many thanks

Tim

Most lds's will sell them and as there are often different ones for different first stages it may help to have the make of the first stage, I don't think there's any proper name for them they're just LP or HP blanks.

In answer to which regs I have:

An Aqualung Legend LX Supreme on my main Cylinder and a Cressi XS3 on my pony, I do tend to chop and change configuration even now and then trying to find the most tidy and streamlined, but practical set-up so was only looking for the odd one or two.

Thanks.

As far as i'm aware there are only 3 types - high pressure, 3/8" LP standard, and 1/2" Apeks reg ports. Poseidon *might* be different, but not sure... Otherwise, they're all pretty standard, otherwise we wouldn't be able to swap hoses around like we do.

If there's a proper name for them they're called blanking plugs.

Which size do you need / want as we keep them.
