| There used to be a place called Chesterfield Cylinders. Otherwise it's DiveVenture who don't test them themselves but send them to Stoney. If they are old enough to need an eddy current crack test then just bin them as Stoney will probably fail them as they haven't a clue how to test them properly.

| Chesterfield cylinders say 40 quid each. Whats an eddy test? 1 was made in 97 and the other 96 out of test jan this year Last edited by The_blue : 06-09-06 at 03:28 PM. |

Normally a hydro is just over 20 quid. With the current test though, this could make them more expensive to do. Have just noticed your edit- those cyls should be fine for the bog standard 20 quid test.

| www.divequip.co.uk Aaaaah no you can't cos he's not sorted out the accreditation. IIRC Go Dive are about £20. They use Stoney too.

| My mistake, just had another look and looks like 1st service was 1980 on one and 82 on other, just been painted over. Godive say its going to be 23 for hydro and 18 for vis so 41 quid each Last edited by The_blue : 06-09-06 at 04:38 PM. |
