subaqua regs

anyone got any experience with these - LDS in Spain uses them. Im thinking of hireing them for a weekend because of weight restrictions etc.

is this kit any good or should I take my own (apeks thingys)

Also they use SubAqua BCDs - any good? should I take my Buddy?

its only for a couple of dives but I always like to dive my own kit - I guess its a personal thing. I bet most of you will say that because its only for a couple of dives just hire the stuff.

Probably answered my own question but experiences with above kit would be useful.

Cheers

Ginge

I remember in Sharm someone had a bit of gut rot, and (ahem) followed through while in a hired wetsuit.

They hung it over the side and let all the little fishes play in it.

Kind of put me off hire stuff - I had my own gear

Surely that's what you're paying 20 euros for?
