    Yes, however have them serviced before hand and tell them that you will be using them with nitrox. I have 40's and just had them serviced, they changed the 1st stage filter from a fabric? filter to one that can be used upto 40% nitrox.

    When you say "TX40"; do you mean just the second stage; or does your definition of a TX40 also include a first stage?

    With high % O2, personally I would make sure the first stage is O2 cleaned (as it handles O2 at high pressure); for second stages I would use pretty much anything that looks as if its not ben sat in a bath of petrol for a week.
