| Hi The triathlon is now accepting admissions; ENTRIES OPEN FOR 2005 Entries are now open for the 2005 Michelob ULTRA London Triathlon. With over 1,500 entrants already signed up from the 'early entry period' in August, we are looking forward to another record year for participation in the event. With the growing demand for places and the interest in a warm up race early in the season we are delighted to launch a new race in 2005 to be held in the stunning grounds of Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire on Sunday 22nd May 2005. I haven't decided whether to do the sprint or the olympic yet, I'll let you know. Might do the sprint at Blenheim palace, if its available. Andy |

| As it's my birthday that day I doubt running will be an option. Walking might even be a challenge. I think I will do my own triathlon, 26 pints, 3 kebabs and a large cake.

| Right time to nail your whatsits to the mast. If you are in it with me then you have 6 days to get your entry in and watch be gibber all the way round the course. Janos has offered to sit in a deck chair and eat Ginsters pasties while we do it to balance things out.

| Oh this is so annoying I actually love triathlon but after damaging my ankle a few years ago I had to stop training and there is no way I could do it again, shame really cuz was looking at my old stats and I averaged 100m/min swimming and 5minutes 5seconds per mile for running grrrr I'm so annoyed with myself I'm crap now and alot chunkier. |
