Ah hello. So it has. Well training in earnest will start tomorrow, honestly. Slightly worried that DCrampt has offered to run with me up in Mull next week as it may involve him running off into the distance leaving me crying by the roadside like Paula Radcliffe except with less poo in my shorts.

Don't worry, it was my suggestion, and I can picture the scene now...Woz gets up to go for his run, Dave lies in his bed. I can picture it as that's what used to happen in my house when Dave offered to take me running!!

Seriously though, when he took me out running (about 3 times) he would run along nice and slowly next to me. He would try and get me to do fartleks (think that's the spelling) for interval training. They are very beneficial, but as you can imagine, I didn't want to do what he told me to!!

Good luck in the triathlon. Think that Dave has sponsored you already.

Josie (getting ready for her 3 mile run home tonight)

We already have a remote controlled beer delivery vehicle sorted out and a set of poker chips on their way up so will try and put off the early mornings by getting him hammered every night. All I need now is a way to plug Digger's arse to stop my new car from stinking and I'll be a happy man. And while we are at it a gag so he stops talking just for one bleeding minute.

Thinking about it, just the one cork would solve both problems...

Laters,

So who will be there?

Hi guys,
Well, barring incident I should be at the event on Saturday, for a 14.30 start time. Hope to make it round without expiring! anyone up for a post-torture beer?

Just a warning to those heading from the north or east of england into London

the Redbridge roundabout- junction of M11/A406/A12 will be closed all weekend from friday evening until monday morning, surrounding roads also have roadworks on them such is the planning capability of TfL (summer holidays so lets close a major arterial route into London that'll teach em to want to drive) so expect major congestion in the whole of East London.

Made it!

Ha, well I made it round! Can't say I enjoyed the swim at all (normally speaking I wouldn't even _dive_ into water that murky!), but survived so far!
