Parking in Leeds city centre

Andy
Kirkstall is a way out of the city so not the best place for everyone to meet. I am not sure there are any pubs out that way that are suitable (apart from one on the Warner village complex).

Parking shouldn't be too much hassle. Keep pushing for the Dry Dock and there is a large multi-story right next door. Also, it is literally 200 yards from this carpark to the city centre. There are other car parks in the centre, St Johns centre has a large undergroud jobby. There are others but you might be best having a scout around for a freebie. Leeds uni has free parking after 1630.

Paul

Go for the Uni as the multi story closes at 7.30

Guys at this rate I'm gonna suggest meeting at my hotel for the session!

Can we please put a stake in the ground and get this squared away - and a place that's mutually beneficial for everyone?!

PLEASE!

Only pulling your leg mate. Dry Dock will be fine with me if that's where everyone wants to go...

As far as I remember (correct me if I'm wrong), the Number 1 bus runs from Horsforth. This has a stop right next to the car park Paul was talking about which is about 20yds from the DryDock. It also stops on Park Row, right outside Weatherspoons.

Parking at uni would be best as its free! Also, it's only a 5 mins walk to drydock, 10mins to centre town (Weatherspoons on Park Row) or there's buses that take a couple of mins if people don't want to walk.

I'll be at the other end of Horsforth from where the buses go. But I do have a perfectly servicable pair of legs, so shank's pony will make up the difference from the Headrow.

Actually I'm really excited about living at home again, even if it's only going to be for a couple of weeks...

If you get the No.97 bus from Horsforth it goes right past the Dry Dock. Save the walk from the Headrow from the No.50

But I don't live on that side of Horsforth... I live on the A65 end... outside the ring road... or rather my parents doo......

And being a transigent Londoner I might just take a taxi, or Dad Cabs....
