Pick a date - regardless of who can and who can't make it - and stick to it.

The ones who can come, will, and the ones who can't, won't.

All starting off from the standpoint of "which day do you lot fancy?" will get you is a raft of 'well I can do then and I can't do then..' etc. as you've seen to be the case here.

Nail a date and the rest will take care of itself. Good luck
