I think that anyone who goes to sea should be a contributing member of the RNLI. I know they're big and have a bit of cash, but they need it.

How great would it be if there was a Yorkshire Diver lifeboat, Peterborough CAMRA bought them one a few years ago.

Maybe an arrangement with the RNLI that if a sponsorship target is met a YD raffle could take place and the lucky member get to spend the day with their local unit. Don't know what the logistics of that would be, just a thought.
