YD 2007 charity
Ok, by a LONG margin its the RNLI so all you charity raisers have something to aim for for 2007. Kath did a superb job in 2006 so any volunteers? BTW, we have decided that Chris' charity is going to be our long term charity of choice as well so any gigs for MND or combined charity events are welcome.

Thanks to you all for being so supportive last year and here's to another top charity fund raising for 2007.

Good choice, well done YD. First thing we can do as a group is make sure as many of us as who are able join as members.

Although, due to my job, i had to suggest the Air Ambulance I secretly hoped it would be the RNLI! I, for one, had my conscience pricked to join by a thread on here so hopefully a few more of will at least do the same!!

Ok, i realise it may not be practical for some of us

I did have a very funny conversation with a lady in the bakers when i said i was joining the lifeboat and she thought i meant the ladies guild......
