Yd stickers post

Hi if anyone has recently sent me a large envelope for YD sticker then can they cancel the cheque please as Post Office has informed me that there is insufficient postage and I need to drive to sorting office and pay a £1.06 fee. And this may sound uncaring but I have done that a couple of times I am not doing it again as it works out a 10 mile drive for me.
Easier for the sender to cancel the cheque and ensure sufficient postage is put on the enevelope.

Cheers
Yaz

It probably should have been Large First, not ordinary First.

Chris if it is you then I hope you understand why I have not bothered going to the sorting office? You dont need a large envelope as that, one measuring 22cm x 16 cm will be big enough. OR if you have a glut of A4 envelopes fold the thing in half and sellotape it so it looks small.

Cheers Yaz

it would be great if Royal Mail had competition, they might start to provide a better service. i had the same drama underpaid by 16p so they slap a 1 pound charge onto it robbing bar stewards

I had the same problem too - I had to pay £1.06 to pick my stickers up from the Delivery Office.

It was a smallish envelope too, so can only assume stickers weigh so much they must have nearly broken the scales. Barstewards indeed, I'd rather RNLI had the money

Yazzy - can't you cut down the envelope for him and reuse it and the stamp? See if they will take it when you next go in?

Can someone point me in the right direction on how to apply for these YD Stickers?

Thanks

...except that to do that she would have to go to the post office and pay the excess charge just to get hold of the envelope.

I wonder if they would let you go in to see the envelope and cut off the empty half instead of paying the charge?
