Salisbury District Hospital Stars Appeal

Hi Guys
On November 4th I will be running the Tidworth 10km in aid of Salisbury District Hospital Stars Appeal. Their web page can be found at :

I'm aiming to do it in less than an hour. Obviously I work closely with SDH and know that this is a worthy cause.
