| request for old mobile phones for a Thyroid charity Hello, I'm after old mobile phones from anyone who can help - the phones can be in any condition, and it doesn't matter if they have a charger or battery etc. Over the next 4 months I am going to be working full time for free with someone to help her set up a charity for people with Thyroid problems. See: Thyroid-Disease.org.uk - Home Before we manage to get any real funding (which can take up to 6 months depending on applications) we're trying to get in enough money to redevelop the website. One way is to collect old mobile phones - we get £3 for every phone, and every time we collect 100 we we get an extra £100 for the charity. So, if you would like to contribute an old mobile stuck in the bottom of a drawer somewhere - PLEASE pm me and I'll give you my address to send it to. We've got a bit of a task on our hands - although ultimately it will be well worth it - so every bit of help you can give us will be massively appreciated.

| Is it just phones or are chargers, batteries etc of use? What condition do the phones need to be in to be of use? |

| Ok - Phones can be in any condition. It doesn't matter if they come with batteries, chargers etc. We don't get any more money for batteries chargers - but they can also be recycled if you want to send them on. We get £3 per phone, and an extra £100 for every 100 phones collected. I'll keep you up to date with how we're doing - and thank you to everyone who's offered already. H

| Cleared the office and found a couple of phones I will be glad to forward over to you. The spiders will have to find a new home
