Win a Protec drysuit @ Yorks Regional Conference

The Yorkshire BSAC Region (Yorks BSAC) is pleased to announce that their conference will be held on Sunday 6th January 2008 at the Askham Bryan Agricultural College in York
First prize in this years raffle is a Made-to-Measure drysuit kindly donated by Protec (www.protecdrysuits.com). Other exciting raffle prizes are also up for grabs donated by local diving businesses and centres.
A full programme of speakers have been arranged to entertain divers of all levels. Trade and information stands have been arranged to make the conference an event with something for everyone. Conference is open to divers from all agencies, not just BSAC!
BSAC HQ staff will be represented to advise on services available to the clubs and to take feedback from conference delegates
Tickets are priced at £8.50 and are available from Rob - PM for details

A photo competition will also be run as part of the conference
We are inviting conference participants to submit photographs which will be judged on the day by other conference delegates.
The overall winner of the competition will receive a framed print of their photograph and the winning photo will also be submitted to Dive magazine for possible publication.
Photo submission - Information

• Photographs can be submitted digitally or as prints (prints will be scanned in to allow for digital display
• Digital photographs should be sent to yorks-conference-photos@robforrest.plus.com by Friday January 4, 2008
• Photographs in print should be sent by post to arrive by Friday December 21, 2007 - PM me for details
• Digital photographs should not exceed 5MB and have a min resolution of 1024x768
• Submissions should also include your name, contact number and email address

Rules and contitions of submission

• You must have copyright of any submitted photos, or have the copyright holders permission to submit
• The winning photo will be submitted to Dive Magazine. Submission to Dive is no guarantee that it will be published
• The winner will be announced at the end of the conference and will be based on votes cast during the conference by delegates
• To be elligible to win the competition, you must be present at the conference
• In the event of a dispute, the Regional Coach will have the final decision
