124Kg is fat and even being 6ft 3 doesn't help with the BMI I need to lose 20Kg badly so will cough out £1/kg for you if you do it and match it for my loss in Kgs

I've put you down for £1/kg and will donate to the RNLI the same per kg for your loss by 21/06/08. You are being honest about the starting weight, aren't you? Cheers, Chris

Yup, I did think about that but the worst I did was to not go to the loo immediately before the first weighing. Still, that probably amounted to 6 Kg as it happens

| Have you tried aqua-running. You look like a right dork in the pool but a) it works and b) it gives everyone a laugh. I was in the same boat with injury a few years ago. I did upper body circuits in the gym and lots of situps etc. It def stopped me getting fat. Stick me down for the £1/kg thing. Good luck. |

| same here but I could try to lose the 19kg by monday, somebody suggested a weekend in egypt or a day in Northampton how much do i need to cough out? £20 as its a round up of the weight I failed to lose? strangely waist size has shrunk by 3 inches, leg muscles are massive from the 4 miles a day walk to work and back.
