thats on my to do list....

MJH - if your looking for more to test yourself, try Runnerworlds and the events section and see what floats your boat in the coming months (use the marathon and Ultra filter ), i'm off to do the South Downs Marathon, which i'm told is pretty tough.

I've enterred North Downs 30k off road 15th June but tbh I'm bored with running. Plus walking is a struggle atm.

Thanks for all the suggestions - bog cycling is my current favourite
