My Mid Life Crises
As some of you may have noticed this year I’m currently having a mid life crises.

Since January I have entered Tough Guy and the London Marathon and on 26th April I am doing the Tarten 10k at Balmoral.

But now I am stuck as to what to do next. Thought a bit about the Three Peaks but not convinced.

So has anyone got any better ideas? Its only April still it must be possible to find something else a bit mad to do.

Ok no problem.
I'm an old hand at mid life crises.
I've had a few over the last ten or 15 years.
Some were more ugly than others. Some were more painfull for those around me to watch.
Today I topped the lot. I enrolled for my local rugby club 4th team.

I'm 43, never played rugby or any other competetive team sport. I recently put on 2 stone, I'm fat and un fit. Beat that for mid life crisis.

Join your local rugby club!!

Try something really scary and decidedly insane ............................. try dating
Or even more terrifying .............. going to a night club

Personally trying to 'paint my nails the other night was enough trauma for me this year
