I thought that Mr Ladyboy (or whatever the transport minister's name is) had put a stop on all new speed cameras until the report on their effectiveness comes out?

EDIT - Dur - re-read the report, Mark. It's one of those 'Safety Camera Partnership' Transit Vans. You know - the ones they place so the local council can make as much money as possible to send the councillors on Jollies to see what life is like in South Africa

Gut feeling says he's waiting for the outcome of this case, could be wrong. I wonder what will happen if this guy wins will all the rear facing cameras be removed and replaced with the front facing ones that get the driver as well.

On the B173 in Chigwell between the A123 and the A1112 there are two sets of double cameras, they both face each other so Motorcyclists get picked up and drivers faces are recorded. This is in Essex, the same force that runs the one at the bottom of the M11 and regularly has the speed van on the B173 further down from the double cameras.

Oh and they hide in Grange hill underground station with the laser and get you as you come over the brow of a hill .
