Yeah, but the downside is that I'm sitting here at 9.36pm thinking about starting work on a grant application.

Nah, sod it, there's a bottle of port downstairs...

Finance for the foolhardy

Lynne

I am the FD for a small property development company. There are other accountants but I have to make the decisions.

So far I told one banking compliance officer I will not do business until they change their procedures.

Argued with Companies House that documents were received on time....

Have been given wrong advice from another bank which has been frustrating some admin work in Switzerland

Read five 40+ page legal documents, that I know will be changed once more-thre is something worse than a lawyer, it is two scottish lawyers. (Sorry if I have offended anyone)

It is only Wednesday

Anyone want a job where you can get decisions made?
mine is on offer

Make sure you include the full economic costs of the project, including indirect costs and cost of capital employed, in order to ensure that teaching is not subsidising research, ensuring the sustainability of your research portfolio (good old fEC lol)
