The Sprint gets serviced at 6k mile intervals, I'd love to go in and not pay £600, basic service nothing wrong, no tyres, no chain, nothing. Its going in for swing arm bearings and valve check (I know the inlets need doing and 2 of th exhausts, cos I checked them last week) be interesting to see what I get charged and what they find.

BMW Bike- went in for a new clutch cable and minor stuff, £750 later, needed apparently at 36K a new clutch, and the abs failed whilst it was in, odd cos it was working fine before. I have never had a clutch go on me in 34 yrs of biking, last BM did 100K and I asked for it to be replaced, journey exactly the same too. Present Sprint 52K, clutch fine (fingers crossed).
His car - soft top DB7, I wonder who's paying for that?

Matt

can't fault the local skoda dealer, cheap as chips servicing( considering its an VW/Audi in disguise)
Only fault we have had was sluggish wipers a few months after warranty, mechanic said arm mechanism I disagreed as I had the same fault on a Merc and it was the motor, he fitted the arm mechanism and was fine for 3 days ,took it back same mechanic looked at it said' I remember this we changed the arm and you said it was the motor ,you were right mate' changed the motor and dicounted the cost by the cost of the arm mechanism.
well happy.
