Bryan mate the south coast is full of wankers not just these guys. If no-one ever parked illegally there would be no clampers. Maybe the UK should do what they do in Italy and fine people for parking in disabled bays at supermarkets. (Now the Italians know all about bad parking..)

The worst lot are Westimster City Council. These tory pricks have figured this cash earner is a good way to get low concil tax. Sometimes its silly - clamping milk floats etc. but the fact is that the £4million a year is mainly raised from selfish tossers who think a 4X4 is a licence to park on double reds.

As to Tescos - I ordered a goose for xmas to be delivered to my Dads and they failed. They gave me 40 quid cash and a nice email to say sorry. Their home delivery is OK if you don't order stuff like veg.

Shop at Waitrose mate. Tescos is for chavs.

I have already (mentally) decided to go and shop elsewhere (than Tesco) but it will be a test of character to do so.

1. Tesco is on my way home.
2. As we have no shops/not enough shops close to home I, as the only driver, HAVE to go shopping THEREFORE I go and do the shopping on my own on my way home so I can do a 'commando raid' (like my sex life - in and out quickly and no one gets hurt ........ or notices) rather than follow SWMBO whilst she checks every bloody shelf and then decide to buy 'it' elsewhere!!!!!
3. Because I do the shopping but don't enjoy it I always go to a big supermarket where I will suffer the same problems!

There was a story on the local news here about a tosspot with landrover+ trailer blocking one of the narrow Cambridge streets. Not that unusual in itself but stopped an ambulance getting to an emergency call and they said the parking has significatly shortened the life of the patient and his chances of recovery. The Paramedics had to run 400yds carrying all the resus equipment.

Hope the guys feels like shit, but guess he probably won't give a toss

The best thing about this idea is that the clamping sign wouldn't even need to be small. The hapless driver would park there anyway as it is outside the house he/she is delivering to!
