Angry Bloody shops and reliance on computer systems...
Just back from trying to spend a lot of money on a new bathroom...

Into Jewsons bathroom showroom - all figures worked out -

"Can I give you £1500 for some bits of white pottery and a few taps?"

"sorry Sir (funny how you get called sir when spending a lot of money) our computer system is down - can you come back tomorrow?"

"No, I'm diving - and how do I know it will be working tomorrow?"

"We will phone you in the morning"

"I'll be underwater.."

GGrrrrrrr!!!

Go to B&Q where you can get a very nice plain white suite including taps for £399. They are usually out of stock round here 'cos as soon as they get stock all the builders and plumbers turn up and empty the store.

Been to B & Q - I was not impressed with the quality or finish...or delivery times for non-stock items!
Jewsons have been very good upto this point.. bathroom coming out of Rebreather fund so probably made me even more naffed off..
Then again I bet they deliver quicker tha AP!!!

Ordered the bathroom suite, and tiles, and grout etc...
Very nice lady.. Jewsons - all is forgiven - 'cos you gave honest good advice that stopped me ordering the wrong thing! even if I am now down £1700....sigh....
