Once upon a time i found a not Tesco's shopping trolley in the stream so i put up a sign saying no parking here in this stream or............. £1,000,000 fine, and took a photograph of said trolley next to sign, sent demand and the photo to not Tesco's, but never heard anything back ?.
It looks like we have gone full circle !
