OK the headline was a bit OTT but i can categorise them all if i like.
Booked a flight way back in Feb. from Manchester to Miami for myself , swmbo n the sprog with American Airlines because they offered a direct flight, received an e-mail asking me to call them and hey presto! flight re -routed via Boston adding on another 5 hours in transit both ways.
Complaining was met with the usual "this happens all the time,airline procedure" bollox and then they offered me cancellation VOUCHERS knowing full well i would have no other option than to stick withthem.
I m pretty sure that this must happen often but i assumed it would only happen to a flight that wasn t full whereas this one has been full since about july!!
Cant even drink the bar dry on the Transatlantic flight as they probably wouldnt let me board the internal one.

I will never, ever, travel with Htomas Oock again as long as my b*m points downwards. These Travel people ought to be accounted for like politicians.
