| Imported post Someone is criticising the thread? Aw.... If "we" (YD, americans, brits, divers ad infinitum) cannot take a bit of winding up...well...time for a noose and a good-bye note. There is another side to the coin. It becomes fashionable to criticise any particular group (for what they have done, said, thought, wore, etc) and this criticism can go beyond being constructive into the downright nasty and mindless. The masses begin to repeat what they read and hear without applying their own criticism to what they are reading and hearing. History has taught us to where this can lead. I am NOT saying it has reached this point here (it has not, IMHO). For the moment, let us enjoy having such a large and easy target as GW! just my $0.02 moray
