These lowlife tend to be nocturnal creatures so 06:45 is the equivelant to them of your evening.
Sorry to hear about your mates car the only suggestion i can make is take a drive around the lowlife areas the cars probably burnt out and you will probably see some fcukwit strutting around in a drysuit with a burberry baseball cap on back to front.

sorry to hear it happening, personally i probably would have been in the same situtation, i.e left the car door unlocked whilst i popped in to load kit.

which i dont really think is an unreasonable thing to do. more a reflection of the times/area/country we live in now.
