That's the buggers. Put the lighthouse in as a waypoint rather than a mile off it then sounded surprised when the autopilot whacked them into its base.

I don't think it is your point at all. My query is, what constitutes a "Dive Leader" in the context of their contract? Is it the person who organises the dive, or something else? Is it someone with a BSAC dive leader ticket? Is it the person who lead the dive? It is a meaningless term to include in the contract and there is acutally nothing to distinguish the valudity of a claim signed by either a diver leader or a buddy as neither are a professional capacity in the same way a skipper is.

Incidently, you will note there was no smiley, hence denoting a serious question.

As for the intimation I would lie, that is actually offensive, as I certainly would not. In additoion I would not need to lie as a boat-full of people knew that Fiona lost her SMB and that includes other YD-ers. You may lie to insurance companies, Graham, but I assure you that I am excruciatingly honest. I don't regard fraud as a worthwhile pastime.
