Some 20 year old git did that to my wing mirror in Glasgow a few years ago,
but I heard him make a noise and seen him run away, so I got dressed went down stairs and drove around the the local streets until I found him

then got out and had some words with him

Forget GMT and BST it should be called WTZ and MTZ (women's time zone and men's time zone) as there are never in sync and usually vary between an couple of days and never!
