Eat more veal
Just watched Kill it Cook it Eat it on BBC3 and learned alot- it's well worth a watch and you'll find out why you should.

But only British veal.

Watched some of that too - fairly interesting.

At least we dont have that problem with sheep. If they aint good for breeding, you will be eating them over the summer if you are on the boat Kofta burger anyone?

Was pretty interesting especially the reaction of the lady who at the end said she needed to re-evaluate her diet. Where did she think her meat in the supermarket come from? A field full of pre-packed cuts of meat that are herded up by the supermarket delivery man?

Tomorrows should be interesting to as its lamb on the menu

I'm no veggie or big pusher of such opinions but I will not eat veal. Personal choice. I won't eat pate de fois gras either.

Didn't see the programme but did it show that the way they rear and kill for veal wasn't cruel and unnecessary then ?
