Decaff is like low alcohol lager.

Nescafe is like mud

Mellow birds is just wrong.

I have no idea what the recommended daily dose of caffiene is, or how much there is in a cup of coffee.

my BP is adequately managed within the confines of my diet which includes coffee and chocolate. I read somewhere that tea has a higher acffiene content that coffee.
