Sorry Scubee, just had to say that! Feel free to go back to your coffee fetish!!
I think the picture is quite correct. All marmite lids should be left tightly shut and if I got that close to a jar of the foul detritus from Bealzebubs foreskin, I'd take the precaution of having my lips zipped shut too.

I have two big mugs of filter every morning now, get's me going nicely.

Did make a mistake at the Dive Show once, had 4 mugs at the hotel, then Rod treated me to an Americano with about 4 expressos in it... Then gave a seminar on how to become a PADI Instructor, those poor people, I felt reallllly good!

Last month I was in Costa Rica and went around the Don Juan coffee plantation. Had a couple of coffees in reception whilst we were waiting. Then tried eating the fruit off the bushes. There's not a lot flesh on the berries and they don't taste of much, but they're full of caffeine. Then tried eating the uncooked beans and then had a couple more coffees.

And then spent most of the evening twitching like Tweek out of South Park.

Interesting trip though. They're actually tearing up bushes in Costa Rica and planting other crops as it has to be hand picked and the pay is so bad they can't get people to do it.

Well at least you didn't say 'never sugar ....I am sweet enough' because this is a thread about the truth
