Enoughs Enough

1. Howard Payne

booked two places on trip, he confirmed via PM but no payment received despite 3 PM's requesting deposits, owes me £100 deposit

I have now removed him from this trip (and any further of my trips)
I will update the trip thread accordingly, two spaces available on the Murree two-dayer, I hope someone will fill them to ensure the trip goes ahead because the trip is at risk

2. Gobfish1

ordered two MP3 player housings, has had 5 PM's requesting money, no response since saying he was paying my 3 weeks ago, has been online and is now using invisible mode

owes me £105

3. Morg_NZ

has been paid for goods not sent

I have given him the 'benefit of the doubt' for a few weeks due to his current messy divorce but he hasn't been online for a while, ditto over on RBW, I have PM'd him numerous times and emailed him via two email addresses without response, I have his address details for an apartment in central London so I shall be sending a letter by recorded delivery

Nope - I've been working.
The only reason I didn't talk to you yesterday is you were kitted up and about to get in the water when I arrived.
I had completely forgotten about this - there was nothing malicious about it at all.
I've had no recent PM's from you at all Gary, nothing that I'm aware of in the last 8 weeks.
I haven't spent huge chunks of time on here lately - I've been crazy with work

Can I suggest that a PM is both quicker and more discreet than producing some huge name and shame article when you've made no attempt to contact the person?

My first PM requesting deposit, dated 13-12-2007
no response, nothing, not even an acknowledgment

My second PM requesting deposit, dated 21-01-2008
still no response

My chasing PM, dated 01-02-2008
guess what, no response

obviously a "quick PM" doesn't elicit a response from you but a post does!

"no attempt to contact the person" don't make me laugh

as I said, I'm sorry its got to this but you're no longer welcome

I received the first PM - neither of the second two.
The one on the 21st Jan was while I was in Mexico and I distinctly remember checking my PM's when I got back and there was nothing from you Gary?
I am not aware of receiving anything on the 1st/2 either?

The only reason the post drew a quick response in that one of the guys sent me a text message saying check the post

What's going on?

This thread has been re-opened to give the right to reply.

It would be greatly appreciated if, unless you are directly involved, that your thoughts are not shared in the thread.

Many Thanks
Mal

as I now can't see whats posted/been posted in the past, I'll only reply with a general note to cover the owners of YD arses and say that all I've posted is the truth

unfortunately several are now lucky enough to be on my ignore list (very fitting I thought!) as this appears all I can manage, so their posts and PM's are unavailable

The threads that were deleted Gary had nothing to do with HP, Steve or Morg, that is why they were deleted. The ones which remain are those which are relevant to the discussion.

Son, you're going to have to make up your mind about growing up and becoming aircrew. You can't do both.

The aircraft limits are only there in case there is another flight by that particular aircraft. If subsequent flights do not appear likely, there are no limits.

Strangely enough - as a 39 year old man - I've never felt the need for "an ignore list" I didn't even know one existed. Presumably you can switch your mobile to ignore as well Gary - as you didn't return my call from yesterday either. Its all a bit childish really isn't it?

Shall I repeat what I put on the other thread:

I'm still quite happy to fill these spaces Gary and possibly one more if there's a drop out.
I was genuinely out of the loop on this one and I didn't get the PM's you said you sent.
I've phoned you and PM'd you today and you've not replied to either of my messages.
I was booked onto two of your trips last year - neither of which went ahead and I paid you everything that was owed and promptly.
You said that this trip's "in jeopardy" on the other thread as a result of my actions.
I'm saying it's not and I stand by my original agreement.
Is it "in jeopardy" as you say or is that just bullshit posturing as part of your playground politics on the other thread?
You can't just shoot your mouth off on the internet libelling someone's reputation then not accept the consequences?

well Morg_NZ has been in contact, apologising that his current situation is the reason he's not responded for over four weeks, so we shall see what happens

I'm still hoping all will be well

just out of interest, is anyone else waiting for items from David (Morg_NZ)?
