Jeez - whatever the truth or otherwise of your side of the argument - which most reasonable folk could probably see - you've just blown it by a badly thought through breach of confidentiality. Which is a shed load worse than the original complaint. Who oversaw this PR disaster?

I hardly think that posting someones personal details on the internet is the way to do business. I certainly wouldn't deal with any shop who did that to me.

The aircraft limits are only there in case there is another flight by that particular aircraft. If subsequent flights do not appear likely, there are no limits.

Yes that post was definitley in breach of the Data Protection Act. I am assuming that the brain dead at Go Dive have probably never even heard of DPA though. And ignorance is not a sufficient excuse for this breach.
