Go-Dive - great customer satisfaction

I ordered an Ali stage from them on Sunday, confirmation email on Monday sayiing it was ready to ship, great I thought, diving at Ellerton at the weekend to play with it
New email on Wednesday saying 'item requested not in stock & expected to be in stock late April' .......April ffs!
Contacted the customer support team *snigger*, 'I have just had a quick look on your website & it still says the Ali stages are in stock, please confirm whether or not it is the case!'....answer....' NO they are not in stock and dont be so petty'.....'OK thanks for all your great help' *to$$ pot*

Upshot is, No stage to play with , No diving and never again will I contact/use Go-Dive

Oh poo. Did you get one from another supplier then? I should have my neo suit back with new neckseal next weekend if you want to have a play with a stage somewhere?

not renowned for there costomer service and hope you asked for a full refund aaron if said item hes already been paid for!

as for being told i was being petty he would have been told to f*ck himself!

Cheers Leigh, I asked the question, have I paid for the stage yet....answer NO!.......good I thought....will be checking my statements when they come in!


I've used go-dive a couple of times for small bits, but never again!!

Ah excellent. Not for you obviously (sorry ), but nice that Go Dive do keep you updated with order progress now - a significant improvement! Not long ago you'd have not got any emails, and would only have found out they're not in stock after a week when you called them to find out where your order was.
