Actually, you pay to get into Wales because it's worth it. Going the other way, it's free to get into England...

When you are ruled by Parliamentary Convention, rather than a written constitution, you can do WTF you like - the only way you can change the hue of the upper house here (the Senate) is by election and significant numbers of electors vote differently in the Senate to the vote they cast in the House of Representatives, just to keep em honest.
