Son, you're going to have to make up your mind about growing up and becoming aircrew. You can't do both.

The aircraft limits are only there in case there is another flight by that particular aircraft. If subsequent flights do not appear likely, there are no limits.

Hum, wonder if I can get all those choppers that fly over on their way to Salisbury plain to bugger off up his way.

And as for those noisy gits based in Boscombe Down, they should sod right off!

cheers,
Paul

I would like to complain about all the planes that fly over my house. Every five minutes or less. Who put a bloody airport there anyway?

I love helicopters. And planes. I wanted learn to fly them but it wasn't the sort of thing scaley brats were allowed to do (especially girls).

completely agree:

the SAR helicopter should really be more considerate and try to keep the noise down

and as for those GR4's coming in low when i'm walking my dog on the beach and disturbing all the golfers well its just unacceptable

bet he would be first to complain if there were a massive freak flood and there was a shortage of pilots for helicopters as they hadn't been able to train.

not that we would ever get a freak flood in August anywhere in this country.

I used to love it as a kid waiting for the Jets to start low flying practice over the feilds at the back of my dads house. Phantoms, Lightnings, early Tornados.

HOI!!!
I'll have you know my Dad (who is probably bigger than your Dad) worked very hard... right up to the age of 55 and if it hadn't been for him we would be a lot worse off.
(actually, I spent my entire childhood being one of the 'poor families')

Scubee I only left the RAF last year after 14 very happy years and would still be in if this Government was'nt hell bent on civilianizing the entire Airforce. I miss it a lot

I was aiming the comment on the free loading orificers who spend all day on YD planning diving stuff
and he's now at my old club which is one of the best in the force the lucky git
