That's one of the reasons why i moved out of London. I like being a bumpkin, no need to rush about to get things done.  I always leave my vehicle running to warm it up on a frosty morning.  No point in phoning the Police if it went missing.  They're only interested in cars if it's speeding.  Anyway i think we've only got 2 coppers in Devon.

I'm with Lou (although I have a garage) - cold water is pointless.  I use warm water - melts and keeps it melted until the wipers work!

Now not everyone has a garage but for those who do....

Never understood these people who fill their garages up with £300 worth of crap and then leave £10000 (or more) worth of car out for any idiot to break into/scratch/leave traffic cones or kebabs on.

that gets used for diving kit (2 lots obviously) and a motorbike, if they nick my car I'll get another one, if they nick my bike or diving kit it they might as well nick my heart.
