Muppet of the month award
I'd like to propose a new regular thread whereby someone can be nominated (or self nominated) for Muppet of the month, it can be humorous or taken from the ILADFT thread but could be voted on after nominess have been submitted in the same way as the Monthly photo thread.

There are a number of candidates already.
  • Me for screwing up on Easter monday,
  • A friend of mine (blonde) who on seeing me at LIDS having not seen me for a couple of years said "Hi, are you still diving?" as I stood there with bags full of dive goodies.
  • Big Si (Nuff said)
  • Mal for making grumpy remarks about Vegetables then posting a Poll about vegetables the very next day.
  • The Dude for... err well being the Dude!
any other suggestions?

I came close to having to nominate myself trying to barrel role the scooter in the Blue Lagoon last night

Is this for March or April or just a starter? in which case when is the closing date and how long to I have to hide for?

I can nominate myself for rushing into the water last time at Wraysbury without checking my kit.

Then imagine my surprise when I shutdown my right post and breathed the reg down. Now, alternate into gob...b0ll0x where on earth is my alternate?

I was Mr Smooth&Calm and just reached back and turned my air back on, but too late, I never got away with it because everyone but me knew what was about to happen 'cos they could see I'd screwed up!
