Is property theft no longer a "Crime"?
Just saw this on the news; my local Police Authority are now using a third party on-line reporting system for "Lost Property" which will give me a "Crime number" to use with my insurance company...........

Does this seem right?..or is it an April Fools Joke a week late.

Oh, hang, looks like I've jumped the gun.............

One of the first things you have to confirm when you file a 'lost report' is this:
