Hey? what's wrong with ntl:?  the customer service has really improved these days (although it was poor in the past), i moved recently and a lovely man came round on saturday morning and got my broadband, TV and phone all up and running .

Everyone should use ntl.... I need my bonus to buy more dive gear!
