Hi

I think,

If someone has less than 50 posts, then their opinion doesn't count and so you get a grey one.

Cool This 2p makes £3.76 so far!

I read two pages and then gave up!

Bin the anonimonminitinninitiny (guesswork) and post the names. It could just get a box added saying "From" like e-mail. It may be worth starting that from new posts as if people had been counting on others not knowing who posted the rep it may be a little embarassing for some and anoying for others.

Exclamation Reputations

FFS!

OK, here's the news lads and lasses.

I can see every remark (positive and negative) and precisely WHO posted it; interesting to see that I've had a couple of commentless red-negatives from two prominent members of the DIR fraternity - what's wrong lads, not got the courage of your convictions to state why you billed me a red? I won't post the names here, to protect the guilty.

This is a software feature which is designed as a little fun; if people are abusing it, it says more about those abusing it than the folks fielding negative reps. It also spaketh volumes about certain folks' courage of conviction - or lack thereof.

And can we please regain a level of perspective on this? YD is fuck-all like Divernent and would have to go a long way to achieve that 'accolade'.

Merely 'dissing' someone without having the balls to put your name to it, or give a reason as to why you might potentially disagree with that person is a coward's trick: and let's just say I'll be tracking any cowards...

If you disagree with someone, post your thoughts immediately after the post of theirs with which you disagree; failing that, do them a PM; but simply 'dissing' under a veil of what you think is secrecy is piss-poor.

For my own part, I couldn't care less what you guys post about me - I'm not here to be loved; I'm quite happy, on occasion, to be treated as an Aunt Sally; but please remember that there are folks on here who may not have the same mettle (and that's no bad thing), so please bear in mind that it takes no time at all to be courteous; it takes thought and planning to be negative.
