I once worked for the Inland revenue. One older guy was leaving and was pretty pissed off with his job so spent the last two weeks signing his letters from IDI AMIN by the time anyone noticed he had left!

Nothing should be read into the fact that Chris Addison (the 'recipient' of the letter from the IR) is a stand-up comedian. Obviously the letter was genuinely sent out by a bonafide member of the Inland Revenue, that last bastion of reason in a troubled world.

Newsflash: climate conditions in the Northern hemisphere may be affected by the huge numbers of pigs cavorting in the jetstream....obviously it was a mistake to let them get off the ground but with swine flu becoming a panicdemic
