Sovereign rings - an entrapment hazard? What about chains? Worn inside or outside of the neckseal?

Outside, as per the "Doing it Chav" DVD, free with every Alba and Matsui dive computer from the fire salvage sale at Trago Mills.

All clips should be chunky and gold plated too

And the Recevier of Wreck would offer a service to convert your porthole into a novelty mirror or bog seat.
