Talking Took my unit out for the day

Interesting day

Dive 1 on OC
Umm - number of problems - 2nd 2nd stage leaked, swapped it - that leaked but not as much
Ummmm - had put a new dry suit hose on the 2nd 1st stage - thought it checked out OK in the garage in the water... press for air - LOTS of water, therefore had to do the dive on my wing - bungee holding DF broke - I think by this time someone was trying to tell me something?
Finished the (shrinkwrapped) dive with wet (understatement) left foot

Dive 2 on CCR
Now we're talking - filled the scrubber, prep'f the unit, went diving
Lovely dive - bone dry scrubber (couldn't say the same for my l/h side inside the drysuit) though the drysuit hose off the bail-out tank worked perfectly - so didn't get any wetter
Buoyancy, unit, dive

Think I'll get the OC gear serviced and then leave it in the garage - just in case I run out of slime
