| Plug your tape player into your sound card and tell the software to start recording |

| What Dom said + Download musicmatch (free edition) from musicmatch.com. Run it and hunt for the bit which handles recording from LPs. This will convert the incoming sound to a PC format (MP3 @ 128kbps is fine) and also recognises the gaps between tracks as just that - you end up with individual tracks not on big one! FWIW, I prefer Winamp (free edition - see a pattern forming? HTH. PM if you need more info. |
