Coastguard vehicle attacked
Other half told me last night that the next coastguard station down from us has had their vehicle stoned by local kids while they were sat out flare watching over the previous weekend. The police were called, but it took them 20 minutes to arrive. They caught two of the kids, but cant prove it was them as it was dark!

If you're too old I must be ancient...

The stocks will not work as they relied on the principle of humiliaton. These kids think its neat to be a twat. I was a twat when I was a kid, but realised early on its was twattish... The problem is they now don't seem to grow up. American culture, nanny state who knows?

Stocks...keel hauling...or picking tar out of ropes.

Even community service if its in something to do with public safety so they might learn the lesson.

Sorry, not feeling particularly tolerant today. My boss is away as are my 2 colleagues, I have been in this job for 9 days and do not know where anything is.

Ah, poor Beally. . But hey, that's a great excuse for why you haven't got any work done and why you had to spend all day on YD. I might try that here. Though, might not fall for it seeing as I've been here a year. Only 20 days to go though before being old person free!! (er, not that I'm counting!!!)
