Urgent Legal Help Needed
Does any one have a background in Employment Law?? I'm a patron of a charity and we are having issues with a member of staff and I would like some advice.

I'm no expert, but I've used www.emplaw.co.uk a few times to check up on a few things that have happened at work, it's been quite useful in clarifying a position. The 'employees' and 'employers' sections have a free information section which is quite useful.

My wife's an employment lawyer.

She does a bit of pro-bono work for charities now and then. I'll give her a buzz and see if she's up for it.

She's at home with the flu and feeling a bit sorry for herself so this might perk her up a bit.
