| Usually M25 old ones G3/4, most uk valves don't have burst disc as far as I know. Best valves MDE, they will make what you require. sorry Midland Diving Equipment. Beware of cheap valves these may not pass the 1st test or even an O2 clean. Previous threads about that........

| Burst discs are not required by any european regulations and as such are never seen over here, I suspect that if you used a tank with them it would fail its inspection as the valve would not be made to a recognised euro standard.

Well, it is cheap stuff and it comes almost from the local gardening store, but it works fine and it's very solid. We tried to destroy one by hitting it with a hammer... we succeeded but we really had to hit it hard - http://www.stde.ch/en/faq.php |

| Were they bulit to a BSI standard at the time? If so they would still be fine, but if not then they should fail. There is no current scuba standard that I am aware of that requires burst discs, but I am ready to be corrected.
