I've bought "Stormsure" waterproof adhesive quite a number of times over the past few years from my local Chandlery, at £7.95  for a 15g tube - looking on the web today it is available all over the place for £3.40 a tube ! less than half the price, Doh!!
Just shows how it pays to shop around in this game, what a rip-off.
