<font color='#0000FF'>Quite right Budgy. Rescue breathing and chest compressions are just a way of getting o2 into the non breathing diver and getting it circulating to the brain ( hopefully ) until the ambulance or coastguard get there with the AED which is the only real chance of re starting the heart.
